Afgan Urial

Urial hunts are organized in South-West Tajikistan close to Afganistan border. The way of hunting is stalking in the mountains on altitude 5.000 – 6.000 FT. Transfer on hunt – by car, hunting on foot. You can make this hunt after you Marco Polo hunt in Tajikistan (long driving by car 1-2 days) and returned to Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, and fly home from there.

The air temperature during the hunting season:

November – December +30 – +50 F

Strong winds may occur. You will enjoy traditional oriental hospitality, Asiatic cuisine and local traditions.

BASIC TOUR PRICE: $ 28.500 per hunter including all service in Tajikistan on the base 1 hunter – 1 guide and one trophy of Afgan Urial:

– airport service on arrival/depart in Dushanbe ;

– auto transfers in Tajikistan ;

– airport service in Dushanbe ;

– full service on the hunt on base 1×1;

– auto transfers from airport to hunting area and back;

– guides, cook and helpers in camp;

– English -speaking interpreter;

– all documents needed for a hunt;

Group: 2-4 hunters

Hunting season: September-December.

Hunting area: Tajikistan , Kuliab area.

Tour duration: 9 days (Dushanbe/Dushanbe), 5 hunting days.

Transfer: 6 hrs driving from Dushanbe or 2 days from Marco Polo base camp.

Accommodation: in hunting houses, tents.

HUNT ITINERARY (from Marco Polo camp):

1 – 2 day – car driving from Marco Polo camp to Afgan Urial area hunt.

3-7 days – hunt

8 day – transfer from camp to Dushanbe ,night in hotel.
